What you'll doRepresent Higgsfield AI on a regular basis at industry events, conferences, meetups, and initiatives.
Build and maintain an ongoing, active relationship with state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, companies, and industry associations.
Own the relationship with Astana Hub — from day-to-day contact with their team to representing the company at their events and programs.
Build and maintain working relationships with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of RK, the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition, the personal data authority, relevant Mazhilis committees, and local akimats.
Prepare position papers, briefing materials, and talking points for leadership's engagements with government bodies.
5–7+ years in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs in Kazakhstan, ideally in tech, fintech, or AI.
Confident public speaker and networker — genuinely willing to be the company's public-facing representative at events and in the ecosystem.
Established relationships with government bodies, regulators, and/or Mazhilis deputies.
Fluent Kazakh and Russian; strong working English.
Existing relationships within Astana Hub's resident community.
Prior GR or public policy experience at a technology or AI company.
Experience engaging with AIFC/AFSA.
Build the company's GR function in Kazakhstan from the ground up — high ownership, direct access to leadership.
Work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the region's emerging AI regulation.

Skills Required
- 5-7+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs in Kazakhstan
- Experience ideally in technology, fintech, or artificial intelligence
- Strong public speaking and networking abilities

- Fluency in Kazakh and Russian
- Strong working proficiency in English
- Existing relationships within Astana Hub’s resident community
