Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

-To oversee the completeness and consistent information flow for new item/program and global product changes from sales force/customer/global coordinator to process owners (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming)
- Serve as the Global Sampling and Program Deployment Lead (GPD L) for all customer development initiatives and problem escalation for the assigned customers. Overall global responsibility for all aspects of item development and deployment for assigned customers.
-To supervise a team of GPD Officer, Monitor individual GPD Officer daily execution, workload and performances.
-Motivate, coach and develop team members for achieving service reliability and quality targets, able to lead a team independently
-Coordiate with different functions to ensure timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink draw downs for global manufacturing sites.
-Effecitve communication with manufacturing sites through the First Order Deployment process.
-Lead Management Projects and manage Projects independently.
-Experienced in team management and people management.
-Monitor Daily Execution, Performance Review, Process and Resources Optimization
-Critical, Big Picture, End-to-End Thinking Process to Drive Improvement, Preventive Measures and Crisis Management
-Experinced in Customer Program Drive Cross Function Discussion, Collaboration and Alignment Coaching and Role Model to Team
-Understand Avery Strategy/ Value /Ethnic and translate/Set Clear Target to team in related area
-Excellent sense of urgency and escalation, able to see the problems, tell the problems and provide solutions.
- Motivate, coach and develop team members for achieving service reliability and quality targets.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in merchandising and/or new product development and with at least 2 years in relevant field and 4 years experiences in people management
- Strong leadership skill and with good business acumen
- Creative aptitude
- Able to think about the full picture and end to end, and think critically
- Strong aptitude in handling details, control and monitoring performance and quality

- Good Team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent written and conversational English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong Ability to organize and coordinate people and resources for implementation of plan and processes
- Good adaptability to changes and strong resistance to pressure
- Strong leadership skill and with good business acumen
