Who we are:
The Government Programs (GP) team within Channel and Contract Management (CCM) manages the complexities of government pricing to ensure patient access through federal programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Defense. GP drives compliance and business value by delivering accurate pricing, processing rebates, and supporting strategic partnerships.
The Medicaid Analyst manages complex state and supplemental Medicaid rebates with high accuracy and compliance, leads or contributes to cross-functional projects, and recommends solutions while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and management.
The Opportunity:
- Medicaid Rebates Management: Lead the end-to-end Medicaid rebate process and related administration for assigned state contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and subject-matter expertise across teams. 
- Reporting, Analysis & Financial Alignment: Develop and implement reports, metrics, and business reviews; analyze pricing impacts and rebate interdependencies; and collaborate with Finance to reconcile rebates, ensure data integrity, and evaluate contract performance. 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Automation: Partner with teams on 340B and revenue initiatives, identify automation opportunities, support implementation with technical teams, and promote scalable, repeatable solutions through best-practice sharing. 
- Operational Excellence & Capability Building: Drive risk management and root cause analysis, support special projects, and train cross-functional teams to strengthen operational standards and organizational knowledge. 
Who you are:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Processing, or Public Policy preferred, with 2–3 years of experience in healthcare billing, analytics, or related fields. 
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong data management and analytical abilities, proficient in handling large data sets, ensuring accuracy, and using reporting systems relevant to the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. 
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated decision-making, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, development, and project management teams on various initiatives. 
- Industry & Communication Expertise: Excellent understanding of the pharma/biotech business model and marketplace, paired with strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
