What You Will Do:
- Support governance strategy initiatives by helping develop, refine, and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and related documentation.
- Research and analyze governance-related information, summarize findings, and prepare clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information, track action items, and support implementation of governance processes.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with organizational requirements and identify opportunities to improve governance practices.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials that communicate governance status, risks, issues, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records, document decisions, and support continuous improvement of governance workflows and tools.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
- Minimum THREE (3) years of experience in governance, strategy, policy analysis, program support, or a related discipline.

- Experience supporting defense, government, or public sector governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with policy development, compliance tracking, risk management, or strategic planning processes.
- Experience preparing executive-level briefings, dashboards, or performance reports.
