What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in risk management and / or compliance
- Proficient in communicating with and presenting to a wide range of stakeholders including C-Suite Executives
- Experience producing and presenting risk reporting or other high-profile management information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be highly organized to maintain effective support across Risk and Compliance
Impact You'll Make:
- Co-ordinate the administration and operation of senior risk governance committees including the scheduling of meetings, ensuring their smooth operation, tracking actions, and producing minutes.
- Support several senior committees ensuring presentation material is both accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Work with senior stakeholders to obtain risk-based reporting in a timely fashion.
- Consolidate, review and integrate reports to ensure accuracy and consistency, challenging contributors on the quality of their reporting.
- Look across all risk and governance reporting to identify improvements and ensure consistency.
- Draft and coordinate risk and compliance communications to the company and partner with the communications team on our risk and compliance communications strategy.
- Provide end to end coordination of projects for the Risk and Compliance teams in the areas of; Corporate Investigations, Risk Management, Compliance, Compliance Advisory, Compliance Program management including providing oversight of plans and tracking actions to completion.
- Support the corporate governance framework across the Risk and Compliance function.
- Assist the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in Town hall coordination.
- Coordinate activities related to consent orders under the direction of our Senior Program manager.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
