The Governance, Reporting & Performance Manager is responsible for the enterprise governance framework, contractual performance regime, and national reporting architecture across the Healthcare Account.This position leads the national governance, reporting and performance function, coordinating with embedded FM teams across all sites to ensure consistent delivery, accurate reporting and effective contractual performance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Account & Contract Governance
Own the national governance framework, including KPI regimes, reporting standards, audit schedules and assurance processes.
Ensure contractual compliance, reporting accuracy and defensibility of all performance submissions.
Lead national governance forums, performance reviews and executive reporting cycles.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure consistent interpretation of contractual obligations.
Identify systemic risks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
2. Service Excellence & Client Experience
Maintain strong executive‑level client relationships through transparent reporting and insights.
Provide early warning on performance risks and lead resolution pathways.
Deliver high‑quality, accurate and timely reporting across all contractual obligations.
Support client governance forums with analysis and performance narratives.
3. Leadership
Lead the national governance and reporting framework.
Build capability in analytics, reporting, assurance and contractual interpretation.
Influence operational leaders across a large multisite workforce through governance structures.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.
4. Financial & Commercial Management
Ensure accuracy of all financial and performance reporting linked to contractual KPIs.
Provide insights into performance trends impacting commercial outcomes.
Support budgets and forecasts through performance intelligence.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities from performance data.
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Enhance governance frameworks, reporting tools, dashboards and performance systems.
Introduce best‑practice performance methodologies and assurance processes.
Drive national consistency through playbooks, standards and reporting templates.
Experience
Extensive experience in governance, performance management, reporting and contractual compliance within FM or asset‑intensive environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead governance functions and influence large multisite teams.
Experience in healthcare or other critical environments.
Strong capability in data interpretation, performance insights and executive reporting.
