As a Finance Data Visualization & Reporting Lead, you will combine your Finance expertise with advanced Power BI capabilities to develop impactful dashboards, management reports, and executive-level visualizations that support strategic decision-making across the Firm.

What you'll doLead the design and development of Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and executive visualizations for Finance stakeholders
Transform complex financial, risk, and governance data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
Partner with Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to define reporting requirements and deliver meaningful business intelligence solutions
Drive reporting standardization, automation, and visualization best practices across Finance
Develop KPI frameworks, management reports, and interactive dashboards that improve transparency and decision-making
Champion data quality, reporting governance, and user adoption of reporting tools
Support strategic Finance initiatives through data analysis, reporting enhancements, and process automation
5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics
Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard design, data modelling, and data visualization best practices
Strong understanding of financial reporting, management information, and performance metrics
Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and executive-level insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with SQL, Power Query, Power Platform, or other analytics tools is an advantage
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
Become the go-to expert for Power BI and data visualization within a global Finance organization
Influence strategic decisions through impactful reporting and analytics
Work with international stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Technology
