DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE
Au sein de l'équipe Housekeeping, vous serez en charge :
-d'organiser et de superviser le travail des femmes et valets de chambres du matin ou du soir
-de motiver les équipes et de garantir un bon climat social
-d'effectuer les contrôles des chambres et des contrôles réguliers des étages
-de garantir la propreté des chambres et des lieux publics
-de faire respecter les standards de qualité et les consignes de sécurité et d'hygiène
-d'assurer la disponibilité des chambres
-de faire le suivi du service couvertures et du repassage si nécessaire
-de traiter les demandes et les réclamations des clients
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
La maîtrise courante de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.
Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans la fonction par votre souci du détail et de la satisfaction clients.
Vous avez le sens du service, une très bonne présentation, êtes dynamique et rigoureux.
