They will need to address business problems by incorporating the business context to design and develop solutions that leverage statistical & advanced analytics methodologies. They should be able to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. They will be expected to build in efficiencies through standardization and automation. The indicative areas of work could be: Digital Analytics - Implement, Audit and leverage GA4 to measure and enhance product usage. Utilise GTM to track custom events and visualise data through Looker Studio via BigQuery. User Analytics - Understanding user behavior in the app, feature adoption, understanding retention and churn drivers etc., transaction behavior across features, offer and scratch card redemption, impact of email and notifications Marketing measurement - Evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns through channels like ATL and performance media
