This role demands significant hands-on experience in Google Ads (4+ years), along with proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and Content Marketing. Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads ManagementCampaign Setup & Optimization: Create and manage search, display, and YouTube campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to best practices.
Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing optimizations for improved performance.
Bid & Budget Management: Utilize manual and automated bidding strategies, allocating budgets effectively to meet KPIs.
Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and generate insights to refine targeting.
Meta Ads: Launch and manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns, focusing on precise audience targeting and creative testing.
TikTok Ads: Leverage short-form video content to engage relevant audiences and drive conversions on TikTok.
LinkedIn Ads: Execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting specific roles, industries, or geographies.
WordPress Maintenance: Collaborate on website updates, landing pages, and basic optimizations to support campaign objectives.
Google Tag Manager: Implement and manage tags, events, and custom triggers to track user behavior across digital assets.
SEO Integration: Align paid strategies with organic initiatives, ensuring cohesive keyword focus and site structure optimization.

4+ Years of Experience in Google Ads
Demonstrable success in managing and scaling ad campaigns for U.S.-based companies.
Multi-Platform Expertise
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and their respective analytics dashboards.
Technical Web Skills
Comfortable using WordPress for basic site updates and landing page creation.
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager to implement custom tracking.
