This job posting is for participants seeking a full-time role upon graduation.

3. Selection: Please note that while all applications are reviewed, only selected candidates who meet the basic qualifications will be contacted by McKenney’s for screening.

The 4-Step Interview Path: If selected to move forward, the process includes:

1. One-Way Interview Screen (Digital recording)

2. Recruiter Interview  (Initial conversation)

a. If the role is an hourly Union role, it will require you to go to the Union for evaluation. Ask the recruiter for more information.

3. Assessment (Skills and aptitude evaluation)

4. Onsite Panel Interview (In-person at office)
