Job Description:
As a Lead Golang Developer at Coditas, you will spearhead the design and implementation of high-performance software solutions using the Go programming language. In addition to your technical prowess, you will leverage your expertise in deployment strategies, team leadership, design patterns, architecture designing, cloud technologies, and mentoring to drive excellence within our development team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in defining software requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement web services using the Gin framework, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable Golang code, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
Oversee the deployment of applications, utilizing cloud technologies and containerization techniques for optimal performance and scalability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Architect robust and resilient software systems, considering factors such as reliability, scalability, and security.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security protocols.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into our development processes.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in the Go programming language, with a deep understanding of its core concepts and idiomatic patterns.
Experience with the Gin framework for building web applications and APIs in Go.
Extensive experience with deployment strategies, including containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like EC2, S3, and IAM.
Expertise in software architecture and design patterns, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systems.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and inter-service communication protocols like gRPC.
Hands-on experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Proficient in version control systems like Git, with experience in managing branching strategies and code collaboration workflows.
