Design and own complex banking platform experiences for corporate and institutional customers. Translate business, user, and technical requirements into intuitive workflows, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Manage pipelines, forecasts, proposals, negotiations, CRM records, and revenue targets while coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, technology, and workforce management teams.

The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who demonstrate organization, communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.

Design and architect scalable applications, microservices, and RESTful APIs. Lead SQL Server database design, stored procedures, performance tuning, and Entity Framework data access layers. Establish coding standards and design patterns, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders on technical direction. Build enterprise software in agile environments using .NET technologies, Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
