Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Lead

Take ownership of building and managing our HubSpot Sales + Marketing program end-to-end, ensuring the team runs a consistent, data-driven motion. You’ll design a clean data model, define clear stages and SLAs, implement automation, sequences/playbooks, quotes/products, dashboards/forecasting, and create practical SOPs. Phone workflows (recordings/transcripts) are important, but just one piece of the broader revenue engine you’ll be responsible for operationalizing.

Job Responsibilities

Sales process, governance & data

  • Define and operationalize the sales process by standardizing deal stages, lifecycle definitions, and handoffs; implement SLAs with enforcement and alerts; establish governance for data quality and CRM usage; and finalize CRM structure, including objects, properties, and post-sale handoff needs.

Enablement & execution

  • Develop sales enablement tools and processes, including sequences/playbooks, pricing and quoting systems, forecasting and pipeline management, and an onboarding/SOP library for reps and managers.

Automation & integrations

  • Manage lead flow and scoring across channels, integrate Marketing Hub with consent/compliance, implement core system integrations (ads, analytics, e-commerce, telephony), and optionally connect billing or support tools for closed-loop reporting

Analytics, forecasting & ROAS

  • Develop role-based dashboards, implement blended attribution for full-funnel visibility, establish forecasting cadences, and deliver monthly RevOps insights.

Phone workflows (important but balanced)

  • Implement call logging, recording, and transcription to support forecasting, next-step mapping, coaching insights, and compliant documentation in SOPs.

Requirements
  • 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub (Marketing Hub familiarity required)
  • Hands-on success with pipelines/forecasting, sequences/playbooks, scoring/routing, Products/Quotes, dashboards, and governance
  • Practical experience connecting Ads + GA4/GTM and at least one telephony/CTI tool
  • Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills; comfort operating as a remote contractor

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Academy certs; B2B services/inside sales background; basic API/Zapier/Make experience for edge-case integrations

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
    • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
    • A webcam

Skills Required

  • 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub with familiarity in HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Hands-on experience with pipelines/forecasting, sequences/playbooks, scoring/routing, Products/Quotes, dashboards, and governance
  • Practical experience connecting Ads platforms with GA4/GTM and integrating at least one telephony/CTI tool
  • Excellent documentation, training, and asynchronous collaboration skills; comfortable operating as a remote contractor
  • Reliable internet (>=15 Mbps primary, >=10 Mbps backup), desktop/laptop with i5 and 8GB RAM (i3 backup), webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office, smartphone
  • HubSpot Academy certifications, B2B services/inside sales background, basic API/Zapier/Make experience for edge-case integrations
