Job Description:
- Design and prepare application and information system solutions to address business needs in the healthcare domain.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user defined needs such as policy administration, sales administration and broker administration. As well as revising existing system logic addressing difficulties and updating documentation such as high level designs, low level designs, and training documentation.
- Facilitating and gathering technical business requirements via agile refinement and interviews to develop conceptual models and process flows for our sales and service tier 1 applications.
- Write technical scripts, manage data conversion requirements, and create test scripts and other code modifications/customizations.
- Work within SAFe Agile methodologies and practices to assist in the elicitation and documentation of Epics, Features and User Stories, and related system and technical behaviors and stories. Coordinate with IT sections (database, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.), and client management in application design and testing and implementation process.
- Support Function testing and User Acceptance Testing. Work in collaboration with testing teams to develop insights into opportunities for workflow improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system issues, business process needs, and ensure the optimization of integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and perform research on basic inquiries from claims, underwriting, and actuarial departments.
- Perform quality audits on benefit configuration at the direction of department management.
- Communicate project and product updates to Scrum team and businesses. Using institutional knowledge and available data identify and measure impacts of any changes on internal operations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Position requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis or related, or a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Full Stack Developer or related.
- Must have experience with test automation software (for example AccelQ, Cucumber, Selenium), JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, Restful APIs, .NET Agile methodology (i.e. Scrum and Kanban) and software (Jira or Rally) and experience in the supplemental healthcare domain.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
