We are seeking a Go-to-Market Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
Job Summary
As a GTM Business Systems Analyst, you will be involved in all stages of the development and enhancement of our Go-to-Market systems. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, designing solutions, facilitating user acceptance testing, and managing stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce and a solid understanding of the GTM application ecosystem.
You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all levels. You should be comfortable presenting both tactical and strategic solutions and passionate about building standards and procedures for the team.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain knowledge of business processes and system requirements within the GTM application ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements for execution.
  • Lead various projects across the Business Systems team.
  • Propose solutions and alternatives based on best practices to ensure effective tools for business partners.
  • Communicate progress and status updates with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain stakeholder sign-off.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, with proficiency in workflow rules, process builder, flow design, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and AppExchange products.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Implementation, Support, etc.)
  • Experience with other Go-to-Market applications and their integration into business systems and processes.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity for business challenges and innovative technology solutions.
  • Passion for learning and implementing innovative technologies.


This position offers a total compensation range of $109,800.00 to $116,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
