We are recruiting for engineers with backgrounds in Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineering to support our team in Chandler, AZ. Due to the nature of this work, this position will be 100% on-site.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation toolchains
Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6DoF) simulation to design and test missile flight code
Work with 6DoF simulation models to evaluate system performance
Experience with missile flight dynamics, autopilot and guidance design, and implementation into missile flight code
Experience with various trajectory optimization software and tools

Bachelor’s degree with 5 year of professional experience, or Masters degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Directly related Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) experience

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline
