Job Purpose
As a Global Verint Operations Management (OM) Consultant within ING bank, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Verint (OM) application across international branches and operational units. Your role is critical in enhancing workforce management efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced Verint capabilities. You will act as a consulting advisor, technical expert, and change agent in the bank’s digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Verint OM Implementation & Project Leadership
Independently manage end-to-end Verint applications roll out to support Operations Management across multiple banking units, ensuring alignment with operational goals and compliance standards. Lead/coordinate cross-functional project teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of Verint solution. Apply structured change management approaches to drive adoption and minimize disruption in regulated environments.
2. Verint application Expertise & Internal Consulting
Serve as the bank’s internal Verint expert, advising on tool capabilities, configuration, and optimization strategies. Deliver tailored implementation, training and coaching to operational teams, enabling self-sufficiency and maximizing tool utilization.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Verint solution that supports operational transparency and performance tracking.
3. Digitalization & API Integration
Coordinate digital transformation initiatives involving Verint API integrations with core banking workflow systems, CRM platforms, and data warehouses. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data flows. Oversee development and deployment of Verint dashboards that support real-time monitoring and strategic insights.
4. Data Harmonization & Insight Enablement
Promote consistent usage of Verint tool across teams to ensure harmonized data collection and reporting. Support senior management with high-quality, actionable insights derived from Verint dashboards and analytics. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and predictive analytics within Verint-enabled workflows.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management (OM)implementation preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading global or multi-site initiatives.
• High data literacy and analytical skills; ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements.
• Technical understanding of APIs, dashboard configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with PowerBI is an advantage
• Language: English - advanced (C1), written and spoken is a must
Preferred:
• Experience in banking operations, compliance, or workforce optimization.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (like GDPR) and risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum approach and enterprise change management practices.
• Occasional international travel may be required to support on-site implementations and stakeholder engagement.
Wage (gross) 3.443 EUR/month
- *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
