You will lead the global Work & Life organization, delivering high-quality employee lifecycle services to more than 90,000 employees across our markets - and transforming how those services are delivered. With responsibility spanning the full employee journey, from onboarding and employee administration through key life and career moments to offboarding, you will shape how employees experience our People services at scale while driving a bold shift toward automation, AI-enabled service delivery and digital-first ways of working.
How you will contribute
You will lead the global Work & Life organization, delivering high quality employee lifecycle services to more than 90,000 employees across our markets and transforming how those services are delivered. With responsibility spanning the full employee journey, from onboarding and employee administration through key life and career moments to offboarding, you will shape how employees experience our People services at scale while driving greater automation, AI enabled service delivery and digital first ways of working.
You will set the direction for Work & Life and partner closely with People leadership, business stakeholders, People Services teams and other enabling functions to ensure services are simple, consistent, efficient and centered on the employee experience.
You will be part of a People Services organization that is investing significantly in AI, automation and digital transformation to fundamentally reshape how we serve our employees. You will play an important role in turning that ambition into practical improvements across the employee lifecycle, combining technology, process simplification and strong service delivery.
You will:• Lead and develop a global team responsible for Work & Life service delivery, creating a high performing and customer focused organization.• Own the global service strategy and operating model for Work & Life, balancing global standards with local business and regulatory requirements.• Drive continuous improvement and transformation across employee lifecycle processes by challenging complexity, leveraging AI and intelligent automation, including virtual agents, predictive workflows and self service, and identifying opportunities for simplification at scale.• Identify opportunities to improve how work is delivered through technology, automation and new ways of working while ensuring a strong employee experience.• Establish clear service performance measures and use data, insights and employee feedback to improve service quality, experience and operational effectiveness.• Lead service performance and business reviews with People leadership and key stakeholders, creating transparency and accountability around service delivery and improvement priorities.• Partner across People Services, People Experience, Technology and other functions to ensure processes, platforms and ways of working are connected across the employee journey.• Strengthen governance, controls and process ownership, ensuring global standards, local requirements, documentation and compliance obligations are effectively managed.• Oversee external partners and suppliers supporting Work & Life services and ensure strong performance, value and service quality.• Manage the Work & Life budget and resources, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities.• Lead change across the organization and support teams and stakeholders as new processes, technologies and ways of working are introduced.• Build a culture of curiosity, ownership and continuous learning within the team.• Coach and develop leaders and team members, building the capabilities needed for the future of People Services.
What you will bring
A desire to shape the future of employee services and the leadership experience to translate strategy into scalable, high quality execution. You will bring:• Significant leadership experience in global or multi region HR operations, employee lifecycle services, People Services, shared services or a comparable environment.• Strong understanding of end to end employee lifecycle processes, from hire to retire, and how these connect to the broader employee experience.• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and building high performing organizations through change.• A strong track record of leading transformation, process simplification and continuous improvement in a complex global organization.• Experience designing or evolving shared services operating models, service delivery frameworks and governance.• Experience with or strong interest in AI enabled HR service delivery, including virtual agents, intelligent case management, workflow automation or similar technologies.• Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday and HR case management tools such as ServiceNow is an advantage.• Strong understanding of how technology, automation, data and analytics can improve employee experience and operational performance.• Strong business and stakeholder management capability, with the credibility to influence senior leaders and work effectively across functions, markets and cultures.• Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to identify issues, make decisions, prioritize investments and drive measurable improvements.• Experience managing large scale programs, multiple priorities and complex organizational change.• Commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, vendors and external partners.• A strong employee and customer mindset, with the ability to balance experience, efficiency, compliance and business needs.• Excellent communication, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills.
