What do we need

Dotmatics is looking for a Global Treasury Manager to oversee the Treasury functions in our ever-expanding company. This individual contributor will add value to the global organization, and partner with tax, accounting operations, and strategic finance to cover all the cash management and forecasting needs. Reporting to the VP of Tax and Treasury, this role will be responsible for a wide range of treasury related functions associated with U.S. and foreign cash and debt management, investment, FX controls, development and implementation of treasury policy and procedures, and cash flow forecast preparation, among other planning strategies. 

In this role you will get to

  • Manage global corporate treasury needs including cash flow forecasting and liquidity position management, global banking operations, inter-company transactions, M&A integrations, FX controls, etc.
  • Manage global treasury risk and compliance; create effective controls, author policies and procedures to manage all treasury functions
  • Collaborate as a business partner to support the Company’s growth initiatives, providing technical support on cash logistics as well as integration needs for business development
  • Maintain optimal banking structures, financial authorization, and e-banking
  • Liaise with financial organizations such as banks, credit card companies, etc.
  • Monitor FX risk management to ensure effective implementation of FX policy
  • Ensure the compliance and safety of treasury transactions and settlements
  • Lead all aspects of treasury's systems improvements and technology integrations
  • Work with external experts to establish SOX controls and processes to manage both compliance and our ability to rapidly grow
  • Manage annual insurance renewals by directing and coordinating data collection and application submission. Evaluate adequacy of coverage and recommend changes to senior management to minimize cost and provide coverage.

We are looking for people who have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or related fields and 6+ years of experience in finance and treasury in a corporate setting. You will have knowledge of GAAP treatment and accounting implications of cash and capital market instruments.

The key skills we are looking for in an ideal candidate are:

  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls
  • ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
  • Strong treasury network and proven experience working with financial organizations and institutions
  • Enthusiastic individual that is keen to learn, get involved and develop a new function within the group.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to own and lead projects through to completion
  • Process orientated with an ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization, and demonstrate initiative, mature judgment, an attitude of starting with the customer and working backwards, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the organization through a growth mindset

You may also have:

  • CPA or CTP preferred

The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications & location. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Starting Base Pay Range

$133,628$157,209 CAD
