The Team
The Global Total Rewards Program Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing global Total Rewards projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. This individual will focus on the tactical aspects of program implementation, stakeholder management, and data analysis, while reporting to the Global Total Rewards Program Director.
The Role
- Program Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of global compensation programs, including Annual Compensation Review (ACR), Short Term Incentives (STI), and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Programs. Other comp programs may be included as well.
- Project Management: Manage specific projects within the total rewards portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other departments.
- Program Accuracy: Ensure all aspects of the programs including plan provisions, policies, legal compliance are considered, and the outcomes are accurate, delivered on time and efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for program improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure that compensation programs comply with local, regional, and international regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Math, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, PMP) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation program management, with a focus on global program coordination, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex compensation programs across multiple regions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple global initiatives and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies and functions.
- Expertise in compensation tools and systems, particularly HRIS (Workday, Oracle) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong understanding of global compensation practices, pay equity, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
