As a Vice President on the Global Technology (GT) Strategy team, you will lead project teams in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company. You will partner with Global Technology senior leaders to evaluate the firmwide view on technology strategy for key strategic initiatives at the forefront of the industry. Your role will involve leading initiatives/projects to resolve diverse and complex problems identified by GT Executives, monitoring industry trends, and sharing insightful reports and analyses with the broader team and senior executives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems for senior technology leaders at the bank
- Work with senior stakeholder across technology and lines of business to align competing priorities into a coherent strategy and advise leaders on relevant industry trends and leading practices for key initiatives
- Own end-to-end solution of ambiguous problems, from structuring hypothesis and target impact to diagnosing root cause and delivering clear recommendations
- Translate highly complex technical challenges into crisp, executive-ready narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
- Define the strategy for integrating AI into existing enterprise platforms, products, and workflows in a highly regulated financial services environment—setting the roadmap and governance to translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into pragmatic, scalable direction for delivery teams
- Build and socialize frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps that scale across a large, distributed organization
- Guide and mentor team members on professional development, including technology / tools upskilling. career advice, and communications
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 8+ years of business and technology strategy experience, with proven expertise leading complex strategic initiatives
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships and interact effectively with senior business and technology executives
- Strong fluency across core technical concepts and enterprise operating models, with a track record of staying ahead of emerging industry trends to inform strategic direction
- Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision-making; provides oversight and guidance on team projects of highest priority and importance
- Able to distill diverse and conflicting feedback into root-cause issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Excellent technical and business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Proven expertise in leading strategic projects with strong facilitation, process, and influencing skills

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field.
