You will act as a trusted partner to CRM leadership by bringing structure, governance, and a data-driven mindset to high-impact initiatives, while building scalable tools and insights across client satisfaction, revenue and growth, pipeline activity, and operational performance. You will also work closely with the broader Client Service leads to bring a holistic picture of our clients to a wider audience.
This role is ideal for a candidate who blends strong project management and stakeholder influence with hands-on technical capability (Python and/or VBA), advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives via PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Automation & Analytics
- Design and maintain automated reporting solutions for CRM leadership and client teams, improving speed, accuracy, and consistency of recurring deliverables (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews).
- Build and enhance analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks (e.g., client health, revenue/growth performance, adoption trends, service metrics, pipeline activity) with clear definitions and governance.
- Develop repeatable data pipelines and analysis workflows using Python and/or VBA (as well as Excel Power Query/Pivot Tables), with strong documentation and controls.
- Identify data quality gaps and partner with stakeholders to improve source-of-truth alignment, metric definitions, and reporting processes.
Executive & Client-Facing Presentations
- Produce high-quality, data-driven PowerPoint materials for senior leadership updates, client strategy discussions, and business reviews, translating quantitative insights into an executive narrative.
- Create compelling visualizations and “story-first” decks that connect results, drivers, risks, and recommended actions.
- Manage presentation timelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy, design excellence, and message discipline.
Business Management, Project Delivery & Governance
- Project manage key workstreams that support the CRM operating model, including strategic initiatives, process improvements, and rollout of new tools/workflows.
- Maintain core project artifacts (plans, RAID logs, status reporting, stakeholder updates, post-implementation reviews) and drive timely decision-making and escalation.
- Partner with CRM leadership, product partners, operations, and technology teams to define future-state workflows and support implementation of enabling platforms.
- Coordinate business rhythms (monthly/quarterly reviews, leadership readouts, planning sessions) including agenda setting, content development, and follow-ups.
Risk, Controls & Continuous Improvement
- Identify, escalate, and help mitigate operational risks related to reporting, data handling, and recurring deliverables; implement sustainable controls and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through simplification, standardization, and automation—reducing manual work and increasing transparency for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred).

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to drive execution across multiple partners and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and comfort operating in time-pressured, high-visibility situations.
