Your responsibilitiesCollaborate with global and regional Workshop Operations to ensure service technologies, repair concepts, and business models are scalable, feasible, and cost‑competitive.
Identify new opportunities by proposing repairable components and insourcing candidates based on market and customer needs.
Partner with workshop and regional leaders to support footprint development and investment planning by aligning technology roadmaps with business execution needs.
Develop innovative service concepts and commercial models that create new lifecycle‑aligned revenue streams.
Act as the bridge between workshop operations, sales, and quality teams to ensure smooth concept development, deployment, and implementation globally.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
You bring practical understanding of pulp industry processes—especially wood handling, pulp drying, and baling.
You have strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, operation, and lifecycle management.
You are familiar with workshop operations, technology transfer, and training practices.
You have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
You excel when combining technical expertise with commercial thinking. You are proactive, analytical, and eager to challenge existing practices to strengthen our service offering. You collaborate easily across global networks and communicate clearly with both technical and commercial stakeholders. You enjoy driving development forward and turning insights into scalable concepts.
