We are looking for a Global Tech Finance Controller !
In this role, you will steer the financial performance of a dedicated area within our Global Tech organization and serve as a trusted business partner to Domain Directors, Product Owners, and Finance stakeholders. You will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, helping Tech teams prioritize investments and achieve their objectives. Combining financial controlling, operational finance expertise, and business partnering, you will play a key role in driving business performance and delivering value across the Tech organization.
Your key missions are:
Decision Support & Business partnering
Support decision-making processes within the Tech departments (domains) by providing financial insights and analysis
Collaborate with Product Owners and Domain Directors to enhance financial efficiency, and provide visibility in the construction of Rolling Forecast and Actuals spend
Finance Analysis & Reporting
Perform financial analysis on forecasting, and reporting to provide insights for the Domains, Tech Leadership team and Group Finance
Monitor and control spending ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to translate Tech strategy into reliable financial information
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Simplify, standardize and automate Finance processes
Improve reporting tools, governance and financial practices

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
You bring strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities.
You have excellent attention to detail and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and record keeping.
You are comfortable using financial systems, reporting tools, and analytical software.
You have experience supporting the development, management, and tracking of budgets.
You communicate effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Business functions.
You are able to document, analyze, and present financial data accurately and effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
