JR66627 Global Talent Management Operations Manager

As the Global Talent Management Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling Micron’s overall talent development strategy & deployment. Your scope will include working directly with the Senior Leadership Team, Talent Management to ensure effective integration of programs, process, new content development/deployment as well as enable reliable and regular communication and connection with the broader organization.

In partnership with the SLT, you will lead special projects and other initiatives in response to evolving business conditions and needs. You will regularly consult and partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and other impact measures.  Your immediate focus will be on optimizing our current strategy and supporting the organization through our recent re-organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and integrate all aspects of talent management and development programs within the organization.

  • Ensure programs, processes and resources are in alignment with and support of our talent management strategy and key needs identified by the business

  • Lead task force style teams on special project requests

  • Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Collaborate with broader talent management team and the business create career development paths, training programs, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Integrate and align talent management programs with overall business strategies to ensure cohesive and effective talent development.

  • Develop and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving talent processes and systems.

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance talent programs.

  • Oversee global talent management initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across different regions.

  • Collaborate with global teams to understand and address regional talent needs and challenges.

  • Implement global talent development programs that cater to diverse cultural and business environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in talent management and development.

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Experience in integrating and aligning talent programs with business objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in managing global talent programs and working with international teams.
