This leader will partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, DT, and Commercial teams to eliminate waste, stabilize and synchronize material flow, improve execution discipline, and build standardized Lean management systems that enable predictable customer delivery and scalable growth.
The role will report directly to the VP of Global Supply Chain with a dotted-line relationship to the Global Lean Leader to ensure alignment with enterprise Lean standards, methodologies, and transformation priorities.Job Description
Essential Functions:
Supply Chain Transformation
- Lead end-to-end Lean transformation across planning, warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and material flow with a focus on flow, stability, and responsiveness.
- Define and implement future-state value streams that improve material availability, schedule attainment, inventory performance, and customer delivery.
- Develop and execute a multi-year Global Supply Chain Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy and functional north stars.
Warehouse & Material Flow Excellence
- Lead warehouse and material flow transformation initiatives including PFEP, one-touch material handling, receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and gate-to-gate flow.
- Establish standardized material presentation and warehouse operating methods that enable efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
- Support long-term warehouse network strategy, footprint optimization, and consolidation opportunities.
Lean Operating System
- Design, deploy, and sustain Daily Management Systems (DMS), visual management, standard work, leader standard work, tiered accountability, and structured escalation.
- Ensure consistent adoption of Lean management routines that drive accountability, transparency, and performance across the Global Supply Chain organization.
Scheduling & Clear-to-Build
- Partner with Planning and Fulfillment teams to improve schedule stability, material readiness, and execution reliability.
- Support and strengthen Clear-to-Build processes, constraint management, and production flow alignment.
- Develop Lean solutions that improve schedule attainment and enable predictable, repeatable execution.
Supply Chain Data & Systems
- Partner with DT and Supply Chain leaders to strengthen data governance, planning parameters, master data integrity, and system standardization.
- Enable adoption of digital tools that reinforce standardized processes, improve visibility, and support decision-making.
Kaizen & Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional Kaizen events focused on material flow, planning, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and inventory optimization.
- Ensure improvements are standardized, embedded into operating routines, and sustained through management systems.
Coaching & Capability Development
- Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles, A3 thinking, structured problem solving, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Build and scale Lean capability across the Global Supply Chain organization to ensure long-term sustainability and ownership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Lean transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Daily Management Systems (DMS), A3 Problem Solving, and Visual Management.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing change in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and supply chain planning processes.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
