Global Supply chain Leader - Panametrics
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
The Global Supply chain Leader - Panametrics will lead the sourcing teams within the business. The role demonstrates accountability for sourcing functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will execute and deliver a Global sourcing strategy that meets Panametrics sourcing business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Lead, implement and drive execution excellence for the sourcing strategic team within Panametrics.
- Implement and drive strategy to support the combination of sourcing and buying teams to drive clear roles and responsibilities in line with Panametrics customer requirements.
- Develop, plan, and manage sourcing projects and programs to meet customer commitments and project delivery through defined procurement delivery plan.
- Partner with business leadership and regional teams to drive strategies for OTD/Quality for key base orders and projects.
· Manage the complete purchasing and contract administration functions for ITO, NPI, logistics strategy and Strategic sourcing for Panametrics as required to meet Sourcing strategy program commitments.
· Execute sourcing strategy targets on price, delivery, quality and service necessary to meet requirements. Deliver and maintain key sourcing metrics on OTD, Deflation, Project savings and be the overall lead to drive supply chain productivity.
· Lead sourcing team and provide for the evaluation of key deliverables utilizing appropriate negotiation and purchasing analysis techniques and implementation of proper contracts with emphasis on quality, price, delivery, and service necessary to meet requirements.
· Provide for evaluation of suppliers’ capabilities and identification of appropriate items to buy.
· Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
· Responsible for people management activities including recruiting, performance management, compensation, and organizational structure.
Develop supplier partnerships and lead productivity funnel and active deck to drive supplier development, deflation projects and overall supply chain strategy.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
· At least 5 additional years of experience in a Sourcing position
· Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time

· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Ability to manage with multiple complex situations daily
· Negotiation expertise is preferred
· CPM or APICS certification is preferred
Skills Required
