About You 

The Supplier Governance Analyst drives supplier governance, KPI performance, and financial tracking for Global Business Services Real Estate and Facilities Management (GBS REFM). 

In this role, you will deliver recurring governance processes, prepare data-driven performance insights, manage action plans, and help identify and implement risk countermeasures, savings, cost avoidance, operational excellence, and process improvements. You will also support supplier migrations, contract lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement while partnering with REFM Global Process Owners, global and regional stakeholders, suppliers, Procurement, Finance, and other teams. It starts with YOU. 

Job responsibilities include: 

Supplier Governance & Performance Management 

  • Drive recurring supplier governance routines, including monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, KPI scorecards, action logs, issue escalation, and performance tracking. 

  • Monitor supplier services through disciplined, data-driven performance management across service delivery, financial performance, and savings. 

  • Prepare performance insights and executive-ready summaries for governance forums and stakeholder decisions. 

  • Manage action plans, follow-ups, issue resolution, and performance improvement commitments. 

Financial, Contract & Risk Management 

  • Work with contract obligations, service levels, financial baselines, savings glidepaths, budgets, and forecasts. 

  • Support fee-at-risk, service-credit, savings, and cost-avoidance calculations and tracking. 

  • Analyze complex contract, operational, and financial data and validate information used for reporting. 

  • Identify risks and support the development and implementation of practical countermeasures. 

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement 

  • Identify and support operational excellence, process improvement, savings, and cost-avoidance opportunities. 

  • Support supplier migrations, contract lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Maintain trackers, governance artifacts, performance summaries, and supporting documentation. 

  • Apply a progress-over-perfection mindset while maintaining accountability, quality, and momentum. 

Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration 

  • Partner with REFM Global Process Owners and global and regional stakeholders to support disciplined supplier service delivery. 

  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, and other internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Communicate complex performance, financial, contract, and operational information clearly across diverse stakeholder levels. 

  • Operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment and across time zones, including flexible working hours when required. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Use Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and related tools for data validation, trackers, analysis, performance summaries, and executive-ready reporting. 

  • Translate complex data into clear insights, risks, actions, and decision points. 

  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, consistent, and suitable for governance discussions. 

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field is preferred. 

  • 6–10 years of experience in supplier governance, facilities management, real estate operations, outsourced services, or contract performance management. 

  • Direct experience managing supplier performance routines such as monthly reviews, QBRs, KPI scorecards, action logs, issue escalation, and performance tracking. 

  • Experience working with contract obligations, service levels, financial baselines, savings glidepath tracking, budget and forecast support, and fee-at-risk or service-credit calculations. 

  • Strong analytical capability using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and related tools, including data validation, trackers, performance summaries, and executive-ready reporting. 

  • Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and suppliers in a matrixed global environment. 

  • Strong written and spoken English. 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required and work across time zones, including flexible hours in a global role. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent certification. 

  • Working capability in Spanish.
