General Summary:
The Global Spend Transparency (GST) Analyst plays a critical support role to the Global Spend Transparency team. This role will support the GST regional business partners on a wide range of focused tasks and activities including partnering with and training stakeholders, ownership and accountability of some disclosure reports, and supporting functional certification process for jurisdictions. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management are critical.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ownership of reports focusing on low-risk scenarios with low to medium complexity, necessitating the ability to work independently on tasks and exercises while following guidance.

As assigned, responsible for revising and initially drafting assumptions, methodologies, and processes to ensure audit readiness.

Analysis of extensive datasets to derive actionable insights, dashboards, and process-improving feedback

Assisting in reviewing, summarizing, and operationalizing regulatory requirements.

Reviewing internal and external data sets to confirm accuracy against supporting documentation

Support the creation of dashboards and regularly monitor and track KPIs

Approver of GST Health Care Entity profiles

Participates in team and cross functional projects, executing against assigned tasks
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to analyze data for errors, omissions, and trends.
- Understanding of and experience with the Federal Physician Payment Sunshine Act and/or EFPIA, and similar disclosure requirements
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and perform under strict timelines.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective communication of data-based information to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Advanced Excel functions
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University
- Typically requires 2 years of transparency reporting experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements:
- Experience with aggregate spend tools, data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus.
- Proficiency in another language preferred
