About the Opportunity

Join QIAGEN’s Global Services & Support team and play a key role in shaping how service operations are delivered worldwide. As part of the global process organization, you will contribute to the standardization, optimization, and governance of critical service processes that enable operational excellence across our Field Service network. Working in a highly collaborative international environment, you will support global transformation initiatives, drive process and system improvements, and help ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant service operations that deliver value to both customers and the business.

This is an onsite based role in our Wroclaw office.

Your tasks include:

  • Driving the global end-to-end Spare Parts & Consumables process for the Field Service organization, ensuring governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across the entire lifecycle: from demand planning and supply alignment through engineer consignment management, field consumption, and SAP billing.

  • Collaborating with global stakeholders to align processes, systems, and data flows, ensuring seamless operations, end-to-end process transparency, and data integrity across the service ecosystem.

  • Defining, monitoring, and improving process performance through meaningful KPIs and analytics, driving operational excellence, compliance, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Providing leadership and subject-matter expertise to global and regional stakeholders, influencing process strategy, system enhancements, and organizational adoption while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Serving as the designated backup for an additional GSS process area, ensuring business continuity, operational resilience, and effective knowledge sharing across the Global Services & Support organization.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience in service operations, process improvement, or spare parts planning

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office tools

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment

  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
