  • Demonstrated ability to lead portfolio planning, governance processes, business case development and lifecycle management across multiple product lines.
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex market, financial and operational information into clear recommendations.
  • Experience coaching or leading product or portfolio management professionals, with a focus on performance, consistency and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • A senior, high-impact role contributing to strategic portfolio decisions across a global Food Safety business.
  • The opportunity to collaborate with international teams across commercial, technical and operational functions.
  • A professional environment focused on disciplined execution, market insight, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A standard benefits package, in line with company policy and local employment arrangements.
  • An inclusive recruitment process where applications are welcomed from candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

If you are an experienced portfolio leader with the strategic insight, commercial discipline and stakeholder leadership skills to shape global product performance, we'd love to hear from you. Join our team and help drive the next phase of growth in Food Safety.
