This is a high-impact role that demands the execution of fully integrated global marketing campaigns, with the goal of driving tangible brand growth and client engagement, and securing revenue growth across our workwear ecosystem. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal, trusted strategic partner to the global commercial leadership team, facilitating proactive alignment of all marketing initiatives with core business goals. • Lead the charge with the Events team to define the dominant brand presence, messaging, and product positioning at major global workwear, safety, and textile trade shows.

  • Act as the mission-critical central marketing authority, bridging the gap between Product Management, Regulatory/Compliance, Commercial Sales, and Global Creative teams.

  • Rigorously analyze global campaign data, regional sales performance, and ROI to precisely measure marketing impact and accountability.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a proven background specifically within the workwear, protective apparel (PPE), or industrial textile laundry industries.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical field; MBA a plus.

  • Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional global teams, with the ability to manage potential direct reports.

  • Proven track record of creative and conceptual ideation, with the ability to translate complex, technical product attributes into compelling, visually engaging, and innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of the workwear ecosystem, including industrial laundry durability requirements, safety/regulatory standards, and corporate uniform procurement channels.
