Responsibilities:

Application Implementation and Project Management: - Independently lead and manage small projects and rollouts for applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Support larger projects as required, ensuring adherence to the established scope and project goals. Application Configuration, Process Definition, and Global Standard Development: - Support and implement global standards and best practices for application configuration, process definition, and system development, ensuring proper configuration and customization in alignment with business requirements. - Ensure that established configurations and standards are consistently followed during rollouts and system maintenance. Technical Consultation and User Support: - Collaborate with business teams to identify application requirements, define technical specifications, and provide consulting support for operational issues. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues, ensuring smooth application functionality and efficient workflows. Training and Knowledge Transfer: - Provide training to users, conduct user testing, and support continuous improvement through detailed feedback and process optimization. - Support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the application effectively. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and updates, ensuring consistency across systems and easy access for stakeholders. - Support and assist in managing relationships with external service providers, ensuring timely project delivery and system maintenance. - Assist in regular assessments of application and process performance, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting implementation of best practices. - Ensure processes and standards comply with organizational policies, and assist in resolving issues that arise during system rollouts or ongoing operations. - Monitor and track application performance metrics, providing feedback to senior team members and contributing to the improvement of processes. - Support adherence to established application processes and standards, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for further optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in application support or consulting for business applications. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting business applications. Technical knowledge of application system architecture, infrastructure basics, and database management. Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting functionalities. Affinity to business processes beneficial High IT Affinity High customer centricity Good communication skills and problem solving mindset Presentation and moderation skills Learning agility Local language-Fluent English-Fluent
