POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Specialist supports the execution and optimization of sales operations initiatives, including promotions, incentive programs, and event-related activities. This role is responsible for coordinating project tasks, maintaining operational processes, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery across multiple initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Specialist contributes to operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process consistency across global and regional markets (NAM, APAC, EMEA). This position plays a key role in executing established processes and supporting continuous improvement efforts within Sales Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
[Project & Program Execution]
• Support the execution of sales operations initiatives, including promotions, incentive programs, and events
• Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and task tracking across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Participate in UAT testing, validation, and go live readiness activities
• Track project progress and escalate risks or delays to leadership
[Process Execution & Support]
• Execute established SOP’s, workflows, and operational processes
• Assist in identifying process gaps and inefficiencies
• Support documentation updates for procedures, templates, and workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to operational standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as directed
[Data, Reporting & Tracking]
• Support KPI tracking and reporting (e.g., timelines, error rates, campaign performance)
• Maintain accurate data in tracking tools and systems
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Monitor task completion and highlight discrepancies or issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or related field.
• Experience supporting project management activities, including task tracking and coordination
• Exposure to process improvement or operational workflows
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment
• Experience supporting promotions, incentives, or event operations (preferred)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic analytical skills with ability to interpret data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, and project tracking systems
Skills Required
