The Role

Job Title: Global Sales Operations Lead
Location: Serbia (Hybrid way of work)
Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer

Job Summary

Global Sales Operations Lead at sa.global will play a critical role in optimizing our sales operations worldwide. This role will collaborate closely with local sales operations teams and Microsoft Partner Deck (MPD) to drive improvements in three key areas: Operational Excellence, Revenue Enhancement, and Business Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and a deep understanding of sales operations in a global IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence

  • Lead continual enhancements to our Sales Operations processes, tools, and systems, ensuring they align with local market needs while maintaining global consistency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for sales operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness across teams.
  • Work closely with regional and local sales teams to understand challenges and implement scalable solutions that optimize workflows.
  • Ensure that sales operations align with sa.global’s overall strategy, including our proprietary IP products and AI initiatives.

2. Revenue Enhancement

  • Oversee our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all regions.
  • Collaborate with the MPD Team to develop, implement, and oversee processes and systems that maximize our standing with Microsoft.
  • Ensure that all available Microsoft funding and incentives are identified, collected, and effectively utilized.
  • Support the sales team in structuring deals and optimizing commercial terms to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to leverage our IP products and AI-driven solutions, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into sales strategies and partnership models.

3. Business Analytics

  • Ensure that sales and revenue-related data is consistently and accurately entered and retrieved for executive reporting.
  • Develop and oversee data governance policies to enhance reporting accuracy and business decision-making.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on sales data analysis, helping leadership make informed strategic decisions.
  • Implement dashboards and analytics tools to improve visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics to optimize sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales operations leadership within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s Partner Ecosystem, including incentives, funding models, and ISV partnerships.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across multiple regions and functions.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and change management initiatives in a global organization.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and international environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and data automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft Partner Center and related sales operations tools.
  • Background in financial analysis or revenue operations.
  • Prior experience in managing a (global) sales operations team in Microsoft environment
  • Understanding of IP product commercialization and AI-driven business models.
