We are looking for students who would be able to commit full-time for 6 months commencing February/March 2025.
About the role
Support in driving performances of key markets by providing analysis of region and category performance by consolidating best practices and standardising KPI reporting. Project lead in tracking competitors and key trends.
Key responsibilities:
Performance Reporting

Standardise formats to capture market performance insights across categories including NPDs, core products and campaign results on a monthly basis.

Create a cross-category Performance Diagnostic Scorecard to understand drivers/detractors of revenue performance.

Provide ROI analysis and learnings based on KPIs and market insights.

Ensure consistency across categories for efficiency.
Best Practice and Competition Tracking

Identify best practices across markets and categories that may be shared and implemented to bring efficiency in spends (media, retail, etc)

Create a database of “problems to be solved” to find common issues and possible solutions to reduce costs, drive efficiency and increase revenue for markets.

Benchmark Competition portfolio/Pricing/Presence vs Dyson. Track and propose key learnings and defence actions from competition.
About you

Finance or business background preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Good knowledge / interest / prior experience in consumer goods and retail is a plus.
