TD SYNNEX is seeking a Global Recruitment Marketing Intern to take our employer brand and recruitment marketing to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role has some experience in content marketing (email campaigns, blogs, web design). You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across cultures and play a role in implementing strategies that make a substantial impact on our talent acquisition efforts. This role can be located in Clearwater, FL or Orlando, FL.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Marketing: 50%
- Build targeted lists and develop email campaigns to promote hiring efforts.
- Engage with co-workers to gather compelling blog stories, with an emphasis on creating SEO-optimized articles.
- Enhance the design and web layout of our award-winning careers website.
- Brand and Design: 25%
- Assist in driving global employer brand strategy and enhancing the candidate experience through various channels.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Brand team to develop and modify digital and print materials to ensure compliance with global and regional brand guidelines.
- Develop content, copy, visuals, and video to support marketing needs.
- Project Management and Analytics: 25%
- Identify areas by using data where marketing campaigns, promotions, and/or events may be needed.
- Collect data and create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts.
- Gain exposure managing relationships with third-party global vendor accounts (LinkedIn, Indeed, Appcast).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience in content marketing is preferred, specifically with blogs or email campaigns.
- Currently pursuing (senior) or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree, specifically those majoring in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Human Resources, or Business-related fields.
- Experience using graphic design tools, specifically Canva or the Adobe Creative suite.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and presentations.
