We’re looking for a highly driven individual contributor to help evolve Revenue Enablement at Perk—embedding AI, automation, and data-driven workflows into how our teams sell every day.
As Global GTM Enablement Manager (AI & Transformation), you will design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled enablement initiatives that improve seller productivity, accelerate onboarding, and drive measurable revenue impact.
You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership, RevOps, and Sales Tech to translate AI capabilities into practical, high-impact use cases for our revenue teams.
What You’ll DoAI & Enablement Innovation
Identify and develop high-impact AI use cases across the sales lifecycle (prospecting, discovery, deal execution, coaching).
Pilot and iterate on AI-driven tools and workflows, partnering with RevOps and technical teams where needed.
Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical applications that improve day-to-day selling.
Program Design & Execution
Design and deliver AI-augmented enablement programs (onboarding, continuous learning, product enablement).
Build scalable learning experiences using modern instructional design principles and real sales scenarios.
Integrate enablement into core tools (Salesforce, Notion, Gong, etc.) to deliver in-the-flow-of-work guidance.
Adoption & Behavior Change
Drive adoption of new tools and workflows through targeted enablement, reinforcement, and coaching frameworks.
Partner with frontline managers to embed AI-assisted selling behaviors within teams.
Continuously gather feedback and iterate to improve usability and impact.
Measurement & Insights
Track and analyze program and productivity metrics (e.g., ramp time, pipeline generation, win rates).
Use data and insights to refine enablement initiatives and prioritize future opportunities.
Contribute to building a clear view of enablement’s impact on revenue performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership to align messaging, tools, and readiness.
Collaborate with RevOps and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of enablement into workflows.
Support global initiatives while adapting to regional needs and nuances.
4–7 years in Revenue Enablement, RevOps, Sales Productivity, or GTM Program Management in a SaaS or global environment.
Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable sales impact.
Strong understanding of the GTM tech stack (CRM, enablement platforms, conversation intelligence, sales engagement tools).
Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or workflow optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to actionable insights.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
Experience piloting or scaling AI tools in a sales or enablement context.
Familiarity with AI-driven coaching, guided selling, or personalization tools.
Basic experience with automation tools, prompt workflows, or no-code platforms.
How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
