As the Sr. Global Program Manager, and member of the Sales Enablement team, you will lead strategic sales enablement projects, ensuring all phases meet key milestones and deadlines to achieve project goals on time and within scope. This role requires a seasoned project manager with strong analytical skills, sales enablement experience, and Salesforce CRM expertise. You will implement and manage the sales enablement dashboard (measuring sales execution and onboarding performance metrics) in partnership with the data analytics team and regional enablement managers. This reporting and analysis should lead to insights that will directly shape and refine our enablement strategy.

As a Sr. Global Program Manager, you will:

  • Global Program & Project Management: Lead and execute cross-functional strategic sales enablement projects to ensure alignment with overarching global objectives.

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for global sales enablement initiatives, working independently or in collaboration with an enablement leader.

    • Incorporate adult learning principles and change management approaches to projects

    • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage project resources, and ensure on-time delivery of program goals.

    • Communicate progress and impact of projects to senior leadership and key stakeholders across regions.

  • Global Sales Enablement Calendar Management:  Manage and maintain the global team calendar of enablement activities, including training programs, content rollouts, and strategic initiatives.

    • Work closely with the sales enablement team to align initiatives with business priorities, ensuring that content release is strategically timed and balanced to support the sales organization's business cycle. 

    • Monitor and evaluate enablement program performance, identifying areas for improvement and scaling best practices. 

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Contribute to the sales execution and onboarding analysis and manage the build of the sales enablement dashboard to evaluate onboarding program impact and identify growth opportunities.

    • Leverage Salesforce and other analytics tools to gather, and present performance data.

    • Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations that support strategic sales initiatives, enhance execution, and drive measurable results.

  • Business Outcome Data Analysis:  Analyze content usage and business outcome data generated by Highspot to assess the impact of sales enablement resources on won or lost opportunities.

    • Regularly evaluate data from Highspot to measure how External Shares content are influencing sales performance. 

  • Provide Product Marketing teams a detailed quarterly report that highlights key business outcomes, trends, and actionable insights on the content shared via External Shares.

  • Learning Design & Methodology: Apply a basic understanding of adult learning principles to ensure sales enablement programs are engaging, practical, and effective.

    • Work with the enablement team to design content that meets the learning needs of sales professionals, optimizing knowledge retention and skill application.

    • Ensure training materials and activities are structured to maximize engagement, comprehension, and real-world application for adult learners.

We're excited about you if...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record in global or large-scale initiatives.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools, with proficiency in Salesforce and related platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience in a sales enablement or sales operations role within a global organization.

  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles, with the ability to apply these concepts to create engaging and effective sales enablement content.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including the creation and customization of reports and dashboards.

  • Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally with diverse internal teams to ensure alignment, foster collaboration, and achieve shared goals across departments.

  • Experience using Asana (or similar project management tools) to plan, track, and execute complex projects, ensuring team alignment and timely completion of deliverables.

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
