As a Global Program Manager, you will act as a connector, PMO lead (Project Management Office), and delivery owner, by providing structure, governance, and execution across priority enterprise initiatives.
You will manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for selected strategic programs, including the global AI Literacy agenda and key learning and leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, clear milestones, disciplined delivery, and measurable outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to shape high impact global programs at the intersection of talent, technology, and business strategy, operating within a complex, international environment and working closely with senior leaders and cross functional partners.
Job Description
AI Literacy & Digital Capability- Serve as program delivery and PMO lead for the enterprise‑wide AI Literacy Program, coordinating design, alignment, and global rollout in close partnership with the AI Literacy Lead, Technology, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Manage the program end‑to‑end—from concept and planning through execution and evaluation—ensuring clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
- Enable the integration of AI literacy into broader talent, learning and people processes where relevant, including leadership capabilities, performance expectations, and future skills agendas.
- Contribute to selected enterprise talent and learning priorities, such as people manager capability building, future skills, and other strategic leadership or capability programs.
- Act as the program management backbone / PMO across assigned initiatives, ensuring consistency in ways of working, transparency, and disciplined execution at global scale.
- Navigate a complex global matrix, engaging and aligning senior stakeholders across regions, functions, and People & Organization teams.
- Establish and run program governance, including progress tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and clear, executive‑level reporting.
- Ensure high‑quality, timely delivery, balancing strategic intent with pragmatic execution and operational rigor.
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years leading global or regional programs within a multinational environment.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives, including leading or operating a Project Management Office (PMO); exposure to AI, digital capability, or talent/learning programs is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and global audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and geographies.
- Strong capability in using and building analytics, data, and insights to inform decision‑making and track outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting is essential.
- Strong project and PMO discipline, with a track record of structured planning and execution.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
- High organizational savvy, strong collaboration skills, and sound judgment in complex environments.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive impact across a matrixed organization.
