The opportunity will empower someone to transform our operating environment while being exposed to global KYC requirements and partnering with Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) teams across the globe.
As a global production oversight lead within the Global Production Oversight (GPO) team, you will be responsible for managing the remediation book of work, coordinating analysis on population and impact. You will also be responsible for executing root cause analysis and working on solutions from end to end. You will engage partnership across our compliance, operations, technology, and product teams to establish and deliver scalable processes and controls leveraging strategic infrastructure and intelligent automation solutions to meet the Firm's regulatory obligation. You will provide support to global WKO stakeholders and GPO leads, assisting with metrics, deck preparation and review. You will be responsible for running internal controls and ensuring internal protocols are being followed.
Job responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of weekly reporting, regional and adhoc decks
- Provide key metrics and reports to management which outline progress of the quality framework, frequency and materiality of findings
- Run internal controls to ensure processes and defined protocols are properly followed and executed
- Contribute to ad hoc projects with the objective to improve the overall quality of the KYC framework
- Build and develop partnerships, identify challenges and eliminate roadblocks with all internal partners
- Stay up to date of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure impacts are identified for in-progress requests
- Manage personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Resilient interpersonal skills, ability to partner with internal stakeholders
- Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Aptitude for learning new regulations, processes and technologies
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience or related internal controls or compliance experience
- Knowledge in KYC regulations or process
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Alteryx, Visual Basic, or other technical skills
- Experience working in a professional services firm or financial services firm
