 Let’s talk about the team

We're building the future of healthcare and looking for dreamers, builders, and leaders who want to create the best hardware & digital technology experiences.

Sleep apnea is just the start. We're building a connected health ecosystem at ResMed, and we are looking for the architects of the future consumer health experience. It won’t be easy. Product Management is responsible for the value & viability of our products from cradle to grave. They are the connective tissue between our product strategy, business strategy and product delivery. They are influential leaders. They naturally drive visibility and alignment across Product teams and deliver. But we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Overview

Product Managers at ResMed sit at an exciting intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty! On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, build a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. By fostering a product-focused culture and promoting continuous improvement, product managers play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring long-term product success.

There’s no education for these people. They are a needle in a haystack. An almost impossible combination of a structured thinker and visionary leader, with incredible passion but also firm follow-through, who’s a vibrant people person but fascinated by technology, an incredible communicator who can work with engineering and not forget the business model, IP, profitability, and PR. They have to be pushy with a smile, to know when to hold fast and when to let one slide.

Sound like something that you’d enjoy? Keep reading!
