We are looking for a Global Procurement Marketing Category Manager
Within the Indirect Procurement Team, the Global Procurement Marketing Manager will lead the definition and execution of global sourcing strategies supporting Amplifon’s marketing priorities and transformation agenda.
Partnering with Global, Regional, and Local Marketing and Procurement teams, the role will drive value creation, supplier excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation across key categories including:
- Media & Digital
- Creative Agencies
- Contact Centers
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement global category strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives (RFX), supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance activities;
- Partner with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to support global and local marketing initiatives;
- Deliver benchmark and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen procurement best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Procurement within international and structured organizations;
- Strong experience in sourcing marketing services and managing complex stakeholder environments;
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Fluent English required; Italian is a plus.
Preferred Background
Experience in multinational companies operating in FMCG, Pharma, Services, or Retail sectors, with strong global brands and advanced marketing ecosystems.
