WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

The Process SMEs TM GPL will be responsible for 

• Design understanding & collaboration with the markets.

• Gathering market operational inputs and explore where it fits best as per standard.

• Gathering cross function inputs and identifying the most impacted area of TM.

• Leadership update on the overall proceedings.

• Identify the opportunity of operational & financial benefit .

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Establish Governance & Control in e2e TM process flow.

• Align markets on defining the accurate business scenarios to create UAT Test scripts.  

•  Identify the best practices in TM module among the 7 key markets and try to benchmark the same to the tune to fit to standard approach.

 Process Design & Standardization 

• Lead the standardization agenda for Transport & Shipment planning which is future fit and relevant for all Unilever markets. 

• Lead the definition of a global harmonized process for Shipment charge calculation which is future fit and relevant for all the Unilever markets. 

• Determine holistic view of future Transportation digital agenda.

 Stakeholder Management 

• Serve as the single point of contact for the process area, bridging business and technical stakeholders. 

• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution within the process domain. 

• Communicate effectively with regional and functional teams to gain alignment and buy-in  

 Change Management & Training 

• Provide input for training materials.

• Support change impact analysis and contribute to communication planning. 

• Act as a change champion for the new ways of working.

 Experiences & Qualifications 

​​ ​Experienced supply chain professional with end-to-end understanding of supply chain TM processes. 

• ​Deep understanding of Unilever’s business model within TM/WH/O2C and its integration into the business (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing). 

• ​Proven track record in leading/Participating earlier business transformation and/or tech-enabled change programs. 

• ​Proven change management and organizational leadership skills. 

• ​Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at all levels. 

• ​Experience building and managing diverse teams, ability to work with diverse cultures, both within team and stakeholders 

​​ Skills 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to lead/Participate in inspiring a team in a dynamic environment.
