Sime have an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed Business Process Management team as a Global Process Architect at our Melbourne Street (South Brisbane) branch. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
In this role you will:
- Lead the Mavim platform strategy, configuration, and upgrades to support global BPM requirements.
- Develop and build out the Business Process Platform in the establishment phase of the BPM
- Maintain modelling standards, naming conventions, and quality assurance across the enterprise.
- Support process design workshops and ensure alignment with business and system architecture.
- Implement data architecture to turn analytics and system data into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement, governance, and benchmarking against industry best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and maintain professional accreditations.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and modelling standards.
- Strong knowledge of Mavim or similar BPM platforms.
- Expertise in process architecture, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to manage platform configuration, upgrades, and user roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and ongoing professional development.
