DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
We are seeking a Global Planning Director to lead end-to-end planning activities across the organization, based at the Beit Shean manufacturing site.
The role includes close collaboration with global “Home Markets” and replaces the current Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global planning: demand, production plan , material planning, capacity plan and inventory.
- Drive S&OP / MPS and align demand with capacity
- Interface with international “Home Markets” stakeholders
- Optimize material allocation, production array, capacity and inventory management
- Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Oversight, synchronize and develop the company worldwide planning teams

- 10+ years in senior managerial positions at planning / supply chain (global manufacturing)
- Leadership experience
