About the role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creative strategy, ad creation, and design coordination, along with strong skills in competitor research, data analytics, and multi-platform ad management. This role involves collaborating with agencies to enhance our social media presence and performance.
Requirements
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Execute campaigns across multiple social media channels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Create strategies to boost brand visibility and collaborate with social media teams on effective ad content.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure engaging and visually appealing ads.
- Assist in managing ads across platforms and communities with Meta and Tiktok account managers.
- Monitor and adjust ad strategies based on performance metrics.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and opportunities, and prepare reports.
- Analyze campaign data to assess performance and generate reports on key metrics.
- Work with and manage external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience with Meta, TikTok, Twitter(X) or DSP ads.
- Experience in industries like Financial services, Fintech or Gaming.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
