Translate business requirements into structured promotion rules, SOPs, and CRM configurations. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Ops to ensure compliant promotion setup, test and validate configurations, document T&Cs and processes, identify operational gaps, and support promotion execution and issue resolution.

Process and reconcile daily funding transactions, investigate and document abnormal funding cases, generate reports and statistics, analyze funding risk and recommend mitigations, coordinate with payment service providers, and support internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant funding operations.

Support execution of promotional campaigns by reviewing applications, setting up client accounts, coordinating gift logistics, resolving inquiries, advising stakeholders, collaborating with front-office teams, and maintaining CRM and technical platforms to ensure smooth operations.

Support trading operations and risk management by monitoring MT4/MT5 platforms, managing plugins (Copy Trading, MAM, Dynamic Margin), triaging operational cases, troubleshooting configuration issues, coordinating with Dealing, Liquidity, and Technology teams, and driving process improvements and automation to strengthen controls and scalability.

Support trading operations and platform management by owning MT4/MT5 configuration, monitoring operational risk, triaging issues, investigating root causes, coordinating fixes, automating reports with SQL/scripting, and driving platform improvements.

Own global organic social strategy and execution across Meta, X, Reddit, and TikTok. Plan and publish ~10–15 posts monthly, write copy, coordinate regional teams and designers, manage community engagement, and produce monthly performance reports to refine strategy.

Lead social media acquisition campaigns (organic and paid) to drive first-time deposits (FTDs). Design promotional campaigns, referrals, and incentives; track acquisition KPIs (FTDs, CPA, conversion rates); coordinate with design, compliance, affiliates, influencers, and internal teams; manage promotional budgets; test new acquisition channels and monitor competitor activity to optimize performance.

Manage daily settlement activities including deposits and withdrawals, reconcile transactions across CRM, PSP portals, banks and crypto wallets, investigate discrepancies, coordinate with internal teams and external payment partners, support PSP onboarding and testing, and provide extended-hour coverage per roster while maintaining accurate records and risk controls.

Partner with software teams to design, build, and deploy cloud applications; develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines; configure and secure cloud environments; automate security controls; improve observability and monitoring; support testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Lead global growth and customer acquisition by building and executing data-driven performance marketing, paid media, social strategy, CRO, and analytics. Manage budgets, teams, agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and regional execution to optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and expansion into new markets. Own measurement frameworks, creative testing, and conversion optimizations across web and mobile.

Support Sales Operations by cleaning and processing data, building reports and dashboards, maintaining SOPs and code, troubleshooting data issues with Sales and IT teams, and exploring AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Coordinate and manage procurement requests across Southeast Asia, handle local purchasing in Malaysia (sourcing, PO processing, shipment tracking, invoice verification), develop supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, maintain inventories, support financial settlement and resolve after-sales issues to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of goods and services.

Manage multi-currency trading portfolio during your session, monitor markets and news, control risk within limits, build scripts, dashboards and analytical tools, prepare daily reports, run ad hoc analyses, and support senior dealers with trade supervision and risk strategy.

Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across multiple regions. Perform keyword research, competitor and market analysis, create SEO content briefs, coordinate with content and development teams, monitor performance via GA4/Search Console/Ahrefs/SEMrush, resolve technical issues, and drive backlink and authority-building initiatives while leveraging AI tools to scale organic growth.
