What you'll do:As a Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus) your key area of responsibility will be maintaining ERP data and SKU accuracy, assisting with product labeling and workflow resolution, coordinating import and customs logistics, and supporting new product testing setups and partner engagement. You will need to work closely with internal teams, external regional partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and project leads. To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic, resourceful, and proactive self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, an operational mindset, familiarity with ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets, and an excellent understanding of AI in day-to-day operational practice.
How you'll make an impact:Audit and maintain SKU catalog accuracy across core ERP platforms; identify, troubleshoot, and re-catalog missing or dropped SKUs to ensure unbroken order fulfillment and reporting.
Assist with product labeling governance by implementing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on established solutions.
Perform routine system health checks to ensure operational data consistency across warehousing and dispatch systems.
Assist in securing local regulatory permits and clearance documentation required for importing hardware, with a specific focus on specialized test devices entering Singapore and other APAC regions.
Monitor shipment trajectories and ensure seamless hand-offs between freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.
Coordinate logistics and hardware provisioning for new product evaluations and trial runs.
Serve as a central communications point for external partners and internal team members participating in product test phases.
Track test unit distribution, log partner feedback, and aggregate status reports for project leads.
Gap analysis completed across 100% of active SEA partners within first 6 weeks.
Partner account register maintained and updated monthly.
Identified SKU gaps remediated within agreed timeframe.
SKU enablement requests actioned within 1 business day.
Shipping concession status confirmed for all eligible partners within first 8 weeks.
Action registers maintained and up to date across all assigned SEA projects.
Deliverable tracking & follow ups completed proactively - with status reported to Senior PM.
Alpha/beta testing support - 100% of units tracked with log maintained throughout the program.
Manage label rework initiative with no outstanding requests.
Shipping cost recovery cases logged and followed up within agreed timeframe.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Excellent understanding of AI in day to day operational practice, Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar), Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables), and data management principles.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to trace missing system data and follow through on resolution workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English to effectively coordinate with regional partners and cross-functional teams.
Resourceful and proactive in navigating customs requirements, permit applications, and device distribution logistics.
